Payment Information Fee Structure Discussion and agreement on your fee occurs in your first session with your therapist. If you are unable to afford our usual $95.00 fee (clergy & their family $75.00) an adjustment can be agreed to during that first-session, discussion, based on your financial situation. Often an adjusted fee is comparable to many insurance co-pay amounts. Insurance Currently, the PCFT Therapists do not accept Health Insurance. There are two special circumstances, however, where third-party reimbursement for services may be accepted. - Crime Victims Assistance: if under the Crime Victims Assistance Program you are receiving, or are eligible to receive assistance from the NYS Crime Victims Assistance Board, we will work with you to facilitate payment for your therapy services through that Program.
- Clergy: certain denominations have insurance reimbursement for members of their clergy. If you qualify for that assistance we may be approved to be the provider of your care under the denomination’s reimbursement plan. Please discuss your individual situation with one of our therapists.
Financial Assistance Fund PCFT is developing a Financial Assistance Fund which will help individuals/families in significant financial need pay for therapy services. Information about this Fund will be posted when the Fund is established. |
